To commemorate this special occasion, last Friday we dedicated most of the day to several activities related to reading or literature in general. Teacher Sandra was in charge of book covers, teacher Álvaro of literary fans and teacher Emilio of minibooks. It was decided that I should take care of the bookmarks (given by teacher Emilio) However, as these items are easily and quickly made, I prepared a lesson on William Shakespeare, his life and work, as well as the time he lived in. I decorated the classroom, brought my quills and my English and Spanish copies of Shakespeare's plays, and played some music that reminded us of the Elizabethan era. During the day, the different students enjoyed (I hope) the workshop, especially the fifth level. Most of its students made two bookmarks and we also had time to play storytelling, which was quite fun.
Welcome to my blog dedicated to the English language and culture. Enjoy!!!
